Site Visit & Project Review
If the project aligns, we schedule a site visit to review the space in person.

Planning & Pre-Construction
For larger renovations, additions, or projects requiring detailed coordination, we move into a planning phase before construction begins. This stage helps ensure everything runs smoothly and expectations are clear. Depending on the project, this may include: • refining project scope • reviewing selections and materials • coordinating trades • confirming timeline • obtaining drawings or permits (when required) • developing accurate construction pricing For smaller projects, this step may simply involve finalizing details and scheduling
Construction & Project Completion
Once details are confirmed:
